Payment in full is required to hold my spot; my place is not reserved until it is received.
Once my airline ticket is issued under my name, I am responsible for the full package cost.
Cancellations before September 24, 2026 receive a 50% refund of the amount paid; after that date, no refunds.
Rooming is assigned by the travel agent. Quad travelers will be placed with up to three roommates unless registering as a family unit.
